Dr. Helmholdt is a Doctor of Psychology. She earned her PsyD from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, Argosy University. She is licensed to practice Psychology in both Arizona and Illinois. She has been in private practice since 1996 and specializes in individual and couples therapy. She has specialized training in the mind-body connection, trauma recovery, and crisis debriefing.
